Photo of the Month - June 2018

This image is a result of lots of planning and weather forecast checking! I would go into detail as to how many text messages and phone calls were exchanged but I'm not so sure it would make great reading... It's safe to say the sun is only on the front of this property very early in the morning before moving around to the back, so capturing it was key. As the house is slightly raised I flew a drone at a height to highlight the gardens and land also belonging to this country house. Similar to last month there was a lot of work behind this one image, but totally worth it.

I couldn't resist another drone shot for this month's image. It's becoming an ever increasing popular option to market homes and capture the property and the land belonging to it. This property was beautifully positioned and whilst this view is it's rear elevation, we really help to show it's rural setting with miles of peaceful farmland surrounding this converted barn.

Plenty of height was required at this property in order to tell the story here. I wanted to show both the land belonging to the house and the surrounding countryside, both in good measure. By using the drone and photographing aerially, you can say a lot in one image.  If my memory serves me correctly this was made at just at around sixty to seventy feet, and shows the private driveway leading to the property and its secluded setting.
